Knud Nielsen Company is making a change to its Ohchi Nursery Preserved Roses program.

2015 has been a banner year for demand and sales of this extraordinary preserved line.

Whether it is the top-selling English Rose 2” Temari, the Preserved Jasmine Flower White, or the new English Rose 2” Temari Bi-color, Champagne White & Pink, all pictured below, we want to ensure that we have best-positioned our resources to meet customers’ needs.

As a result, all Ohchi Nursery products, including their trademark preserved roses, will now be available exclusively by pre-order (See schedule below).

In this way, we believe we can best ensure you get exactly what you want, when you want it.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS AND TERMS

The ordering process remains simple, modeled after many of the floral import programs with which you are already so familiar ordering.

If you would please take a moment to first review the terms of this new program, we will be happy to assist you in every way possible to provide the Ohchi preserved products you desire.

• The following terms apply exclusively to Ohchi Nursery Preserved and Dried Flowers products made available through the Knud Nielsen - Ohchi catalog and website.

• Orders must be placed via e-mail, telephone, or fax by 7:00 a.m. CST, on the ordering deadline below.

• Customer will specify required ship date (not available for shipment before 12-14-2015) and cancellation date.

• No changes to orders, including additions and cancellations, will be accepted after 7:00 a.m. CST, on the ordering deadline below.

• Immediately following the passage of the ordering deadline, your order will be reviewed for product availability.

• Within 7 days of the ordering deadline, a salesperson will contact you to confirm product availability and quantity on your order.AFTER CONFIRMATION, ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

• F.O.B. Evergreen, Alabama unless noted otherwise.

• Except for those directly in conflict with the instructions provided above, Knud Nielsen Company, Inc.’s ordering instructions and terms of sale on our website remain in full force and effect
